Privacy Policy

ToolWise Digital respects your privacy and collects as little as possible. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers our website (toolwisedigital.shop); our listings on Etsy are also governed by Etsy's own privacy policy.

The short version

Our free calculators don't collect your data. They run entirely in your browser — the math happens on your device and the numbers you type are never sent to us or stored.
We only collect personal data when you give it to us — by subscribing to our newsletter or buying a product.
We don't sell your personal data, ever.

What we collect, and why

Newsletter signup. If you enter your email in a signup form, we store it to send you the free spreadsheet you asked for and occasional updates. We use Brevo (a third-party email service) to manage the list and send messages. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Purchases. When you buy direct, checkout and payment are handled by Stripe; when you buy on Etsy, by Etsy. They process your payment and the email/details needed to deliver your order. We receive the order and your contact email so we can deliver the files and provide support — we never see or store your full card number.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and tools are useful (visits, general location, device, referring source). This uses cookies and is aggregate; we don't use it to identify you personally.
Hosting logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard security and traffic logs (e.g. IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and basic site function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site's core content and the calculators still work without them.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share personal data only with the service providers named above (Brevo, Stripe, Etsy, Google Analytics, Cloudflare) so they can perform their function, and only as needed — or if legally required. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any message, or by asking us.
Access or delete the personal data we hold (mainly your email) — depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA) you have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. Just contact us.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults running businesses and households; they're not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Contact & changes

Questions about your data, or want it removed? Contact us (reply to your Stripe receipt if you've purchased). We may update this policy as the site changes; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
