How it works

1. Apply below. Tell us where you'd share the link — a YouTube channel, newsletter, blog, TikTok, a landlord Facebook group you run. We approve real audiences in landlord, real-estate investing, small-business and personal-finance topics, usually within two days.
2. Get your code. It gives your audience 10% off anything on the site and tells us the sale came from you. Codes work at checkout on every product.
3. Earn 35%. Of the price the customer actually pays, on every order that uses your code. Example: a $99 Deal Analyzer Pro with your 10% code sells for $89.10 — you earn $31.19.
4. Get paid monthly. Commissions become payable 14 days after the sale (our refund window) and are paid by PayPal at the start of each month. $20 minimum; smaller balances carry over.

The rules (short, and we mean them)

• Disclose the relationship where you post — a simple "affiliate link" note satisfies the FTC.
• No self-purchases, no coupon or deal-aggregator sites, no paid search ads on "ToolWise" brand terms, no spam.
• Be honest about what the tools do. We'd rather lose a sale than earn one on a promise the file can't keep.
• Either of us can end the arrangement at any time; earned commissions are still paid.
