These terms cover your use of the ToolWise Digital website and the digital products you buy directly from us (toolwisedigital.shop). Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy's own terms and policies.
Our products are digital files — Google Sheets & Excel spreadsheet templates and related tools, delivered as an instant download after checkout. There's no physical item and no ongoing subscription; you pay once and the files are yours to use.
Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't offer no-reason returns — but we stand behind the work. If a formula is wrong or a file won't open or work as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Reply to your Stripe receipt (or contact us) and we'll make it right.
Our trackers, templates, and calculators are organizational and planning tools — not tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice. Results are estimates to help you plan. For decisions that matter, confirm the specifics with a qualified professional. You're responsible for how you use the tools and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
We work hard to verify every formula before launch, but the products and site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, ToolWise Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools; where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We're an independent business, not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Google, or Microsoft. "Google Sheets," "Excel," and other names are trademarks of their respective owners; we reference them only to describe compatibility. Checkout is handled by Stripe (or Etsy) under their terms.
