Bar Inventory Spreadsheet
Instant download on our Etsy shop — one-time purchase, no subscription.
The Bar Inventory Spreadsheet keeps your bar in one place, in a ready-made spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel — one-time purchase, instant download, with a free phone-friendly version so you can update it wherever you are.
How it works
Every item gets its own row with a count and the details that matter, and the totals recalculate as you add, use, or restock — so you always know what you have and what's running low.
What it covers
It’s built around the things that actually matter here — bar inventory, liquor inventory, pour cost, bar spreadsheet, restaurant bar, and beverage cost — so nothing important slips through the cracks.
Who it’s for
Anyone who wants their bar handled without wrestling a blank spreadsheet or paying a monthly fee for bloated software. You buy it once, open it in the app you already use, and start filling it in — the structure and the math are already done for you.
