One connected file that answers the four questions every solo business owner has: what did I actually make, who still owes me, what can I deduct, and how much do I put aside for taxes this quarter. Log income, expenses and mileage in three tabs; the Dashboard and the Quarterly tab do the rest — nothing is retyped and nothing is added up by hand.

What’s inside

  • Income — 400 rows, Paid / Unpaid and payment-method dropdowns; only Paid counts as received, Unpaid shows as still owed
  • Expenses — IRS Schedule C categories in a dropdown, a deductible % per row (meals at 50% handled), deductible amount calculated
  • Mileage — trip-type dropdown (only Business deducts) and BOTH 2026 IRS rates: 72.5¢ to 30 June, 76¢ from 1 July, picked by trip date
  • Dashboard — income received, still owed, total deductions, net profit; by month, quarter and year; expenses by category with charts
  • Quarterly tab (new) — each quarter's net profit flows in; self-employment tax (Social Security capped at the 2026 wage base, plus Medicare), the half-SE deduction, federal + state set-aside, per-week target, paid vs still to pay, optional prior-year safe-harbour floor
  • Start Here tab, printable Quick-Start guide, and a free phone version (P&L + tax set-aside in your browser, nothing uploaded)
  • Sample copy filled in so you can see it working, plus a Blank copy to start clean
  • 86 automated formula checks passed before listing

Who it's for: a sole proprietor, freelancer or single-member LLC who wants one file — not a bundle — that runs the whole money side and tells them what to set aside each quarter.

Most "all-in-one" templates are five files you copy numbers between, with one flat "save 30%" guess for tax. Here the logs feed the dashboard, the dashboard feeds the quarterly estimate, and the estimate uses the actual 2026 rules. $29, one-time.

Questions

Is this the same as the Bookkeeping Bundle?

No. The Bundle is six separate workbooks (bookkeeping, invoices, mileage, CRM, expense report, tax estimator). The Command Center is ONE workbook where the income, expense and mileage logs feed a single dashboard and quarterly tax tab. Pick the Command Center if you want everything connected in one file.

Does it handle the mid-year mileage rate change?

Yes. The IRS business rate is 72.5¢ per mile for trips through 30 June 2026 and 76¢ from 1 July 2026. The Mileage tab picks the rate from the trip date, and both rates are editable on the Dashboard for next year.

Is it tax advice?

No — it is an organising tool that estimates a set-aside from your own numbers. Confirm what you owe with a tax professional. If a formula doesn't work as described, message me for a fix or a full refund.
